  • 4 tablespoons of flour

  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt (any yogurt works)

  • 5 tablespoons of water

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Spice to liking (paprika, cayenne,

    oregano, etc.)

  • 1 teaspoon of oil (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed powder (optional)

  • chopped baby spinach (optional)

  • shredded cheese of your liking (optional)

    For a lighter bread, try substituting 1 tablespoon of the flour for 1 tablespoon of coconut flour


Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl. The consistency should be thick but falling off the spoon. It should be in-between a pancake batter and bread dough.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add your choice of oil. When the pan is hot, add the entirety of the dough. Because of the thickness of the consistency, it will require that you spread it across the pan manually.

Step 3

Allow the dough to cook on medium-high heat. When the top starts to dry, flip the dough over. It will need two minutes once flipped.

Step 4

Enjoy the flatbread as is, or turn it into a sandwich by adding your choice of toppings.
