1 can of Chickpeas
3 tablespoons of Tahini Sauce
3 cloves of garlic
Blend the can of chickpeas with an ice cube until semi-smooth. While waiting, mince the three cloves of garlic and juice the lemons.
Add the Tahini sauce and continue blending on low.
Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt to taste. Blend until semi-smooth consistency is achieved. Hummus should be thick but creamy.
Plate the mixture and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
